Okay not strictly true 
But I have something free from RocketJobs, one of the IIA’s first new members of 2009.
RocketJobs is an industry-wide job site with the focus on removing as much clutter as possible and keeping the focus on making search quick and easy. Launched in December, our list of jobs and clients is growing rapidly. Following RecruitIreland’s recent good example, RocketJobs has gone one step further and is offering three free posts to any employer in Ireland. Check out their own blog post about this.
For any additional roles over and above these free postings we are offering 30% extra roles free to all IIA members.

Just the job
A big IIA welcome to Bariant Systems who develop and deliver Jobscan.ie. Jobscan is a job management and cost control system which streamlines the management of jobs from enquiries to delivery. I’d be really interested if it did the jobs as well The Jobscan site explains more clearly for whom and for what the system is intended and promises to “allow you to effectively manage your business and gain the competitive edge. ” Not a bad offering in these times of cost cutting.
Time to CVizz things up a bit
A big welcome for
CVizz, the IIA’s newest members. CVizz is an on-line VideoCV builder and hosting service that allows Graduates & Post Graduates to create and present a VideoCV profile to numerous employers. As a recent enough jobseeker myself I can really see how being able to point potential employers to a short video about your skills and experience could certainly make you stand out from the crowd. CVizz are already getting some notice from other bloggers most notably Ivan at JobsBlog.ie and the HR and Recruitment blog. Unlike me, these bloggers know what employers and candidates want, so check out what they have to say. Marie Carroll CEO of CVizz tells me that CVizz have great plans that are about to come to fruition so watch this space!
The greening of recruitment
Welcome to Greenjobs.ie, the IIA’s newest members. Greenjobs.ie is Ireland’s first job board fully dedicated to the green sectors. Jobseekeers can upload their CV on the website and search for permanent and contract jobs in the environmental sector, Corporate Social Responsibility, sustainability, renewable energy, climate change, and many more jobs and careers in the green sectors in Ireland and abroad. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a job that helped you reduce your carbon footprint?
