I think I share the opinion of Stefan, “Etical must be first”. A few
weeks ago I received an offer to buy shoes from a hong kong based shoecompany.
The priced in the xls file were 2-4 USD the shoe. So I thought if the worker
gets 10 % and has to work 1 hour for the shoe he´ll receive 0.20 ct. So you
got to work 10 hours just to earn 2 USD. In 2008 Fatema Akter died in an
indian fatory because she worked more than 15 hours a day for several month.
Fatema Akter was 18 years old.

The biggest mistake people make is thinking they’ll get the advertised speed on the broadband packages. Ofcom found that broadband packages (particularly over the ADSL network) often only delivered an actual speed of around 45% of that ‘up to’ figure. Make sure you ask any prospective provider to give you an estimated actual speed to your address before you sign up.

Definitely depends on your preference/and or availability as to which broadband package you choose. In reality, mobile broadband is such a long way of from being able to offer consumers a real alternative to fixed-line broadband in terms of speed and reliability.

I purchased this book a little while back – a very worthwhile read. I found it particularly useful (as also mentioned in Robert’s review) for identifying KPIs for a business marketing strategy.
